SHIPPING
We use both ground shippers and flight nannies to get you your sweet new baby. We have relationships with each shipper and have used them many times before, so know that your puppy is in good hands. With shipping it is good to keep in mind that timing is hard to guarantee. They have many things that can delay them, so flexibility is a must. If we ground ship your puppy & you cannot meet them at the designated time, your shipping cost will be forfeited. **WE DO NOT SEND PUPPIES TO CALIFORNIA**
Deposits
To hold a puppy, a deposit of $500 is required to hold. Deposits are non-refundable. Please fill out our application and email it to mgurl725@gmail.com to be considered. We accept deposits via Venmo or Paypal (with fee).

Waiting list
We do use waiting lists for future litters. A $200 deposit is required to be added to the list and ensures your spot. $300 is due at the time you pick your puppy. (usually around 4-5 weeks) The remaining balance will need to be paid before your new puppy leaves.
Health Guarantee/Contract
We offer a year genetic health guarantee. You must take your puppy to your new vet within 10 days of bringing puppy home and have them checked & then return to us.
Microchip
We now microchip all puppies! They will come with paperwork to register the chip into your name with a $15 lifetime registration you do at your convenience.
Food
We feed Nutrisource Puppy. We will send food home with you when you pick your puppy up. I have linked it here and at the bottom of this page to order from Amazon.
POTTY TRAINING
We start potty training the puppies around 3 weeks old when they leave the whelping box. We have a tray that has pellets in it and they learn to go to the bathroom in the pellets. We do this to help transition the puppy to your new home and help with potty training outdoors. We ask that you put the tray and pellets somewhere close to the door so they start gettting used to going to the door to go out. When you think they can hold it, move the pellets outside and then eventually just put them in the grass. We've even had past puppy parents tell us the pellets are a lifesaver for muddy days and when puppies need to stay in the garage while parents are gone!
SPAY & NEUTER/Breeding Rights
Our puppies are sold as PET ONLY. Puppies are to be spayed or neutered according to your vets recommendations. We have a spay/neuter contract you will need to sign before taking puppy home. If looking for breeding rights, it needs to be discussed when making a deposit. Breeding rights are an additional fee depending on which puppy you are wanting them for.
Trupanion Pet insurance
We require you to sign up with Trupanion with our 30 day free offer. You may cancel after the 30 days but for our contract to be valid, you must cover your puppy for the first 30 days. We will ask for a copy of your activation letter.
